Signs: The Connector
We got this big old “Rick Dancer for Secretary of State” magnet signs to put on the car for parades and stuff like that. The other day, our campaign manager Aaron Larsen had a bright idea. He thought we should put the signs on the car as we drove to Portland.
On the way up we get this phone call. The guy, Brian Cole of Baker City, is driving behind us. He saw the sign, called his office in Baker City, had them look up our website, got our phone number and called us. Turns out Brian is a former Baker County Commissioner. We had this long talk, he’s going to connect us with some folks in Baker City and the rest is history.
So, now, Aaron says the signs stay on the car all the time. Life on the campaign trail. It’s all about the signage.
