Speaking of politics there is a arena committee meeting for the Fairmount neighborhood coming up. They are usually quite interesting. It will be held in Eugene at 2700 Columbia street from 6-8pm on August 4(laurelwood golf course meeting room). Also the record is still open on the arena project(alley vacating) so anyone with any input should contact the mayors office(682-5010) and send their views in.
